| Registration If your team is interested in participating in an upcoming WoodinvilleIndoor League, please review the following applicable guidelines, fill in the following form, and click on "Request Registration":
- Leagues are formed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration fee for 8-game seasons is $850.00 ($642.20 league fee + $57.80 tax league fee + $150 team membership fee).
- 6 Game Winter 1 youth season $625.00 for six games ($435.78 league fee + $39.22 sales tax + $150 team membership fee).
- WINTER 1 YOUTH SEASON, payment MUST be paid in full by Oct 31 to receive $75.00 discount.
- Complete League fee is due at the first game. All teams who pay prior to game 1 will receive $75.00 off the league fee.
- Forward your $200.00 deposit to: Woodinville Indoor Soccer Center, P.O. Box 871, Woodinville WA 98072. Deposit must be paid before we will schedule a team. Deposits are refundable only if we are unable to schedule your team.
- Complete rosters must be turned in at the first game (available in the Center office).
- NO REFUNDS ONCE THE SCHEDULES ARE COMPLETE!!!
- NO PLAYER CARDS
